I have a question for you.

Intel plans to move to .13um on Al and I just don't think this is possible. I'm sure they can yield some parts, but from what I know it will be very difficult to get good yields. AMD should be getting great yields on .13um because of copper.

Where do the benefits of copper come in? Can you get decent yields on .13um Al as Intel is suggesting, or are AMD and IBM correct by not trying to push Al to .13um and smaller?
