is it possible that you're actually a proctologist? If so, could I get you to remove a rather unpleasant bit of Chase's Ed Snyder from up my alankeister? No, I'm an intensivist, not a proctologist. I focus on patients with multiple organ failure, and circulatory failure. Manual disimpaction of the rectum for obstruction, or for foreign bodies, or hamsters or the like, is a skillset best reserved for the interns. ca PS: yes, we really have found hamsters in "famous" patients presenting to the ER.
