ROVC filing:

The agreement with NIBCO is effective May 1, 2000 so the next couple quarterly reports should be very telling. Today's filing is for the period prior to the NIBCO agreement so there is not anything new in it. Here is the precise language from today's filing:

During the quarter ended April 30, 2000, the Company completed its negotiations with NIBCO resulting in a sales agreement effective May 1, 2000. This will provide the Company with numerous additional thermoplastic markets for the CinchLockÆ’ technology that the Company has developed.

I'm heading to Hawaii (mostly The Big Island) for 10 days of "fun in the sun." I'll be playing alot of golf at the Mauni Lani resort which is a magnificent course for anybody familiar with it. It is surrounded with the dried lava from the volcanoes.

I hope next week is a big week for everybody . . . I have my preset sells for CHIP in at .50 cents!!!!!

Take care,

Katie K.
