I wonder about the technical ability of the SI peoples? The site was down for about 12 hours and now yesterday never happened. Some poor soul can get a hart attack just looking at the QCOM quote.

they should do the upgrades at night.... like 3 am EST

better still they should have a hot parallel system, do the upgrade on one and when its working switch, then hot upgrade the other.
