Am I wrong that Intel plans to do .13um on Al?

As far as thinking this is possible, this comes from reading about IBM's copper process. There are many reasons, most of which I do not understand. One that made sense to me was that .13um is so small that heat becomes a big problem. IBM's literature may be biased because they are trying to justify moving to copper, that's why I am asking the question.
