At some point Intel made some comments about bring up the .13 process on aluminum. (no I don't have a link) but a bunch of people made a big deal on this thread about it at the time.

I had also heard Intel will have a .13 copper process (and no I don't have a link for that either) However, after the discussions and public comments I've seen it would appear to me that Intel will have both a .13 copper process and a .13 aluminum process (the copper in the new fabs and aluminum in old ones or something similar).
