It's neither SI nor the browser problem (unless SI programmed the visited links to appear the same as other links). Before going into details, check if the problem still exists even with the latest links you had visited. If you don't see any problem, then your history file was either cleared inadvertently or got corrupted and lost data during a system glitch. If you still see the problem, PM me.
