Mozek,
WIth MSFT granting stock options to employees at 66.625 on April 24th, with grant size similar to 99 July grants, is it expected that company will grant options again in July 2000? or is the July 24th grant suppose to fulfill the July 2000 grant (3 months earlier and at a much lower price). Answer to this will help alleviate my concern about dilution from the 70million new options grant.

Look into that QEMM thing. --- Incidentally, my disgust with Microsoft began years before my association with SUNW equity. In fact, it was catching a Scott McNealy sound byte talking about 'MS toy operating systems' that resonated so well with my experience and caused my first DD on that equity. I've done very well since then by making 'not believing anything Microsoft says' a successful investment strategy. -JCJ
