Looks to me like the recent rally in QCOM wasn't enough to break it out of its downtrend. It needed to break above 85. Now it is a slave to technicians and short sellers who want to bring it down to 50 or below. INTCfan

FWIW, I'm looking to add more Q, systematically, in here on all major dips, Annette. Fascinating that the Houses as V calls them, have decided to prop the Q buy door open with one of the heaviest FUD doorstops I've ever witnessed---firesale prices good until Sept 30 I'm now hearing... WOW!!!!
