Dunno about you Dee-bar, but if I was a convicted felon who had served jail time, and had an outstanding (apparently unpaid) FTC fine of more than half a million dollars, I'd probably have an aversion to opening a new business near a donut shop.

I mean, I know it's stereotypical to say so, but cops really *do* hang around donut shops.... ;-)

Good catch noticing Merger didn't write the release. [My eyes glazed over from all the buzzwords.] Looks like they didn't proofread it either. Could their "long term relationship" be over already? Those southern california marriages seldom last.

I'd like to know more about the $350k "infusion" he mentioned. Sold some more convertibles, perhaps? LOL
