Back to the trail, I expect appeals court to stay and appeals to reject DOJ's request that appeal court not consider the case. I also expect supreme court to send the case back to appeals.."

John, I think Spureme Court doesn't like to be told what to do, not by a circut court judge nor by the DOJ! They will send the case back to the appeal court!
