Latest insider trading reports were released today. On the last insider update on May 5th, Mr. Chu held 720,712 shares. As of June 10th, Mr. Chu holds 734,612. So he has net added 14,000 to his holdings over the past 4 weeks. There have been no buys or sells from the other insiders. I should add that the insider trading records don't show yet that Mr. Chu bought 325,336 shares in the most recent private placement closed on April 7th. So actually personally holds approximately 1,070,000 shares which is just over 10% of the company. Just thought people would find this interesting. Best Regards KEITH
