DENVER -(Dow Jones)- High Speed Access Corp. (HSAC) signed a
definitive agreement to acquire Digital Chainsaw, a Florida-based Web
hosting and systems integration company which does business as

Terms weren't disclosed.
In a press release Monday, High Speed said the acquisition will

formed by the merger of U.S. Technologies and Digital Chainsaw in 1999.
High Speed, which reported $3.4 million in revenue in 1999, provides
Internet access through high-speed cable modems and standard dial-up
