Uncle Frank,

After all the news and stock moves last year, people still don't get the QCOM story. It is amazing how the analyst come up with their decisions for price targets. And they are all getting the same information coming to them from the company. I can remember 3 price targets for the next 12 months: $50, $182, and the famous $250. Now that's a price range!
