Scott, Try re-installing the operating system. When it is installing, leave the printer connected to the computer and powered-on. As an alternative, maybe a first try, remove your printer ( in the operating system software) then re-install. I have had similar problems in the past, and the problem was corrupted printer drivers. Just a guess-by re-installing the software- may reassign correct irq's where needed. Best of luck. Ed
