Jill, The MSFT cheapies could work---I still have some of my June 75s, which are worthless.
They will probably expire worthless but the potential gains on this one are huge. Even a 1 in 10 chance of making money on it would be worth the try. They could be a minimum of a 20 bagger if by chance one can get them at 1/8 or so. A stay by the appeals court could push the stock in a big way. Of course the commission schedule has justify taking such a gamble.

It might even be better to wait for it to hit 1/16. Again the commission schedule has to justify such a trade. In this case you are not playing a normal move up with the market itself---it has to be the possibility of an extraordinary event(stay by appeals court).

At least the pieces are falling into place for such a possibility tomorrow.

BTW--NT is my favorite stock on a risk/reward basis. It is just too unpredictable on a short term basis---it is sort of like Corning before that speculation of the S And P rebalancing. They stated it would be posted on the S and P site but it never happened. It could be next week and that could be a reason for Corning to up next week. Volume today was not out of the ordinary and that could be the setup for call options on it next week. I still feel the OPTX acquisition will result in a significant increase in GLW's weighting.
