Judicial Watch, a conservative organization that filed suit against the government on behalf of Donato Dalrymple, one of the men who rescued Eli n and who tried to hide in a closet with the boy the day of the raid, today announced it is representing several others who say their civil rights were violated the day of the raid. Judicial Watch also said it would file briefs with the 11th Circuit Court in support of the family's efforts to overturn the court's decision.

Busy, busy.. I wonder if these other people were the ones at the big sleepover that night. They should have to prove it with pictures or this is going to be like the suits brought against the City Transportation Division when a bus has a fender bender. People who just happened to be strolling by figure they have a shot at the bigtime and rush to get on the bus before the police get there.

We had one some time back in Dallas where a lot of people sued and the driver swore the bus had been empty- he was on his way back to the garage.

Ah ... i wonder how much english he has now ... i would suggest to him that he pick up some books for the study of the structure, and a decent camper, maybe hit up Winnebago for an endorsement deal, then just wander off ... not permit schooling to interfere with his son's education for a while ... first place that comes to mind is the Sangre de Cristos area of New M‚xico, thirty-two years ago they spoke there a quaint sort of old spanish, and while odd it was a friendly and interesting place ... i hear it's changed, of course, gotten yuppified and artsy fartsy, but it should retain some flavor ... but yes, just wander - San Francisco for sure, the plains, the mountains, the northwest forests ... and not neglect the countries to the north and south, either, if they made it north of the 49th we could fill the camper from the garden and buy him a beer as well.

Likely he doesn't need a warning about Miami, eh -g-
