Dan, where and how do you get "direct quotes from INCA"? I could use such in connection with some software that I am writing for a client. I was told that INCA doesn't provide quote feeds to anyone but NASDAQ. (And, obviously, to their own institutional network. Is that where you get them?)

How do you get direct quotes from INCA? Is that service available to remote traders? If so, do you have to go through any particular broker or can I subscribe myself?
