About Tom Taulli and his historical relationship with GNET I happened to see a bio of Taulli and it mentioned that he was an angel investor in Hypermart. That would explain his introduction to GNET but not why he assumed certain job perquisites that didn't exist, like going on vacation without mentioning it to the boss.
