Zoob, Patent issues have been resolved long ago with ericy, mot and even idc. please refer to earlier postst from earlier this year on this thread or the s&p500 thread. Don't borrow trouble. The bastards are doing all they can with FUDD already and dont need help.

I said last year they QCOM could end up nothing but engineering firm with a large law department. I haven't even factored the coming WCDMA patent infringment fight yet in to my current thinking about the stock, but you are right, we should see that fight start with NOK as the first case or Japan sometime near the end of this year or early next year.
