I still think SI should simply hire Craig to implement the changes

I wholeheartedly agree. It's not as if GNET couldn't afford it.
Being a shareholder friendly company means a lot to me.
I posted re: selling my GNET shares when the classic/Browsemaster interface was taken from us.
I had owned those shares for nearly 2 years. In this game, time IS money and GNET/SI showed very little regard for our time. The number of posts is lower than I can recall since my membership began in '96.
It's simply not good business to let this exodus continue.

If this company showed the presence of mind to admit they were wrong, and would either hire Craig or someone of his quality, to merely bring us back to where we were, I'd buy those shares back in a New York minute. In a small way, it would signify they were at least somewhat in touch with their customers' needs.

A cyber auditorium for 2 sessions in as many months, is hardly a priority to daily speed and efficiency.

Being in touch with customer needs DOES count.
