This can all be settled very easily, if you will just tell us exactly who you were talking about when you referred to "our resident Gore Gals". There must be more than one, to justify the plural, and they must be posters on this thread, to justify the word "resident".

I hate to keep distressing you with logic, but if you thought X was a guy, then that leaves Karen and me, and thus WE must be the resident Gore Gals! Q.E.D.

I'm confused - as usual- by your post.. you want credit for making up the comment about Thoreau and attributing it falsely to me? Um- what KIND of credit do you feel this rather questionable behavior deserves?
