Wait a minute. I was talking about people who want to bring back the old methods of dealing with prisoners. There ARE people out there who think torturing prisoners is perfectly ok. These are the kind of people who assume all prisoner are guilty and don't get what the word "alleged" means. There are LOTS of people like that. I've HEARD people talk about how great lynch mobs are. I wasn't talking about you. If the shoe fits you feel free to put it on- if it doesn't DON'T. I don't understand you, you don't understand me. I have no illusion about understanding you, and I have no idea whether you think you understand me or not- but it's fairly clear to me you do not.

Interesting. If I point out that an argument is absurd and inapplicable, I am accused of stretching that argument to a ridiculous and inapplicable level. If I point out that there is no logic in a given position, I am accused of misrepresenting the logic. I suppose the only thing I could do that would make you happy would be to keep quiet and agree with everything said by my superiors. Yep. Control over the behaviour of the population. That's what we need. Does that sound more to your liking?
