I canceled my H&Q account about 18 months ago due to a myriad of problems including quality/ethics of its analysts' research such as Snyder's.

I will send another letter to the senior management of H&Q with a copy to Chase headquarters, letting them know that many of us are contemplating canceling our Chase accounts as well.

PS: Copies of letters to Chase are essential, IMHO.
