What you have stated is exactly the opposite of reality and serves only as fodder for your sheep, speaking, as you, from experience. I think I'll call you Achacha the Sheperd. Its sounds innocuous enough.

I suppose you buy the Efficient Market Theory, too. Being delta neutral isn't going to help you much. Constantly adjusting one's position like that involves too much transaction cost, especially now that option commissions are relatively more expensive than stock commissions. There are better ways of hedging.
