It's possible.

Hopefully, someone will ask about it on the conference call, and it will be addressed.

Toshiba appears to have such a small position in the DRAM market that this deal needs to be fully scrutinized. If it passes muster, it could set a precedent for other DRAM manufacturers to follow. If it appears questionable, Rambus's position is still up in the air.
