There are some very serious problems in the AG's office. The report by Susan Barnes is going to fry them with the Court of Appeals IMO. Not much chance they'll get a walk on this under these circumstances. The plaintiff's attorney did it right. He noted up presentment of the judgment and the AG didn't even show up in Court. You'd think entry of a 17+ million judgment would be something that should warrant some attention from the higher-ups in the office.
