Gary, Since you have been able to generate a response from Mark, perhaps you might ask him directly whether he would wager that institutional ownership will be lower (as one would assume by his postings on negative block money flow) at the end of June versus 3/31. I have asked him both here and on Yahoo and he can't seem to be able to type in a response. My expectation is that institutional holdings of Valence will show an increase on 6/30 as compared to 3/31. Why can't he seem to respond to this simple wager? Good luck in obtaining some kind of reasonable response.
