The following is from DSL Prime newsletter:

Knowling (Covad CEO) said they are looking to add a second DSLAM vendor, probably either Lucent or Nortel.

This is good news. Could mean more ADI business.

Ah ha...ALA is one of them. But remember rumors are rumors. Btw that reminds me of Newbridge Networks...wonder if there is a way to find out how many chipsets they are still buying from ADI or other AWRE based chip maker.
