Elite Logistics, Inc. Signs PageTrack-TM- Distribution Agreement With Omega Research & Development

Business Editors

FREEPORT, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 16, 2000--

Agreement Offers Nationwide Distribution of
GPS and Internet-Based Vehicle Tracking, Control System

Elite Logistics, Inc. (NQB:ELOG), developer of the PageTrack(TM)
family of Intelligent Vehicle Systems (IVS), today announced an
agreement with Omega Research & Development, Inc., whereby Omega will
distribute PageTrack(TM) products through its nationwide network of
automotive aftermarket dealers.
The PageTrack(TM) Intelligent Vehicle Systems (IVS) use wireless
communications, Global Positioning Systems and the power of the
Internet to provide asset locating, command and control systems.
Intelligent Vehicle Systems have been available for several years but
because of their high price have been limited to luxury car owners and
fleet management markets. Elite Logistics' innovative PageTrack(TM)
system provides a low-cost approach that will broadly expand the
potential markets for IVS products.
"This agreement with Omega represents a major step in our goal of
achieving nationwide distribution for PageTrack(TM)," said Joe Smith,
president of Elite Logistics. "Omega's reputation for selling quality
products and the superb level of support it provides its dealers and
customers make this an ideal situation for us."
Omega Research & Development, Inc. manufactures and markets
vehicle security products. Automobile security systems are the central
focus of the company, which was founded and is led by President
Kenneth Flick. Omega offers nine lines of keyless entry and vehicle
security systems to a nationwide network of approximately 7,000
dealers.
"We're looking forward to distributing PageTrack(TM), an
innovative product that is a good match for our dealers and
customers," Flick said. "This is an exciting time for Elite Logistics
and a great time for us to be working with them. PageTrack(TM) is at
the forefront of the convergence of GPS, the Internet and wireless
applications for the auto market, so we're pleased to be involved in
this distribution agreement."

About PageTrack(TM)

PageTrack(TM) can monitor, track (including via the Internet),
analyze and control the movement of virtually any object, including
ground vehicles, marine vessels, railway equipment and valuable
objects in transit. The integration of a Global Positioning System and
two-way communications make it possible for PageTrack(TM) owners to
log onto Elite Logistics' web site and view the mapped position of
their mobile asset or obtain detailed information such as vehicle
speed, direction of travel and street address. In addition, vehicle
owners can enter commands to remotely control functions on their
vehicles.
In addition to communicating via a secure Internet link,
PageTrack(TM) owners can communicate with, and remotely manage
functions on their vehicle via a two-way pager, an Internet
access-enabled cellular phone or Palm Pilot PDA, or by calling Elite's
24-hour Customer Support Control Center.
PageTrack(TM) command capabilities include the unlocking of a
vehicle's doors when the keys have been locked inside, and with the
use of an optional remote start module, commanding the ignition to
start the vehicle to warm it up on cold mornings or cool it down in
warm weather, as well as many other value-added functions.
PageTrack(TM) capabilities also include monitoring sensors on a
vehicle or trailer (e.g. door open/close) and notification of events
including alarm or airbag activation.
In the event of an installed car alarm activation, PageTrack(TM)
notifies customers via a variety of communications means that the
system is alarmed, thus indicating that their vehicle may be in the
process of being stolen. The owner then can instruct the PageTrack(TM)
unit to trigger an installed alarm, sound the horn, disable the
vehicle and/or notify local law enforcement of the vehicle's location.

hey, feels like a welcome back kotter
episode...sounds great to me,i decided to
come back real early so i can claim the
same seat i had last year...

like i was talking to tom about,i was getting a lot
of emails from people that missed the old thread who use to come home at night and at least get the chance to see some of the stocks we were playing because even though we made our money and moved on most of the time, they offered some good long term opportunites for others...

in just thinking about that, right off the bat comes to mind ROTI,this is a company that just aquired a company in a very hot market, and even though i have not done any d.d on it yet, thought at least everyone could have a chance to look at this..

with that thought i was thinking about putting together a list of low priced stocks that have good long range possiblities that i do not own(sorry not the time for me)but
will keep honor and integrity busy by putting together some d.d on these companies for sept. or so when the market turns

for example;
ENET,NURO,ASWT,AFTC,TSIH,MKRS,BMKS,XSEL,MZEI,ABSH,CGPN,EDOC,CPVD..

the list above are all companies i find very interesting and think could have good long term futures(if the dd is favorable)that are new and i have run across since the last time we posted daily..
