Agree John, but this is a market of lies and perceptions and the lie seems to have had quite an impact this morning. See the volume? I would not touch this pig for a while- he is holding up the SOX all by himself today! I prefer shorting the SOX itself.

Then why would Toshiba agree to pay Royalties to Rambus ?
One would think Toshiba would be in MU's camp. Besides what
if RMBS 's technology applies to all kinds of platforms from
PCs to cell phones to internet appliances. This could be the
QCOm of 2000 in which case it could go a lot higher.
