According to the prestigious Gartner Group consultancy and market research concern, the Alcatel OmniPCX 4400 "resets the standards for IP-PBXs". The Alcatel OmniPCX 4400 is at the heart of Alcatel's comprehensive business solutions exhibit that includes the Alcatel OmniTouch web-based multimedia call centre, the Alcatel OmniAccess branch office solution, the 4980 PC telephony product for home workers and agents and business cordless systems. The company will also highlight its unrivalled service capability, specifically within the VoIP arena and also its IT management and consultancy expertise - a critical market differentiator in an era of rapid technology change and growing skills shortages. An integral part of Alcatel's end to end converged demonstrations will be their 'complete' Cat 6 cabling solution.
