Elmer, As for Intel Unix, what runs on those 8-way profusion systems? Are they only NT or are some of them Unix and if so, what flavor?

The Compaq 8-ways run:

Windows NT and Windows 2000, Novell NetWare, SCO UNIX, and Linux.

compaq.com

I couldn't find out what Dell's run in a couple minutes at their site.

IBM says: "Supported OS - Microsoft© Windows© 2000, Microsoft Windows NT©, Novell© NetWare©, SCO UNIX©"

IBM doesn't say Linux.

Tony
