I hope you don't mind that I repeat you post from Stockhouse on SI, but this is one remarkable post about flag.If you come to the next AGM of flag, the lunch will be on me.ali

Hi Mickey369,

Very interesting post with regards to Inco and Falconbridge. I didn't
realize there had been a fall out between Murdo and Inco. I do know
that Inco had people there this past week and I do know they have samples
that they have sent for independant analysis. I had lunch with one
of their employees today that had been on site for 4 days this past week.

While he saw the core samples, in fact carried them to the lab, other
than visible looks he does not know, nor could he know the contents
until the assay results are completed. He did say that in 30 years of mining,
he can only remember a couple of times where he saw 115 feet of mineralization
with no gaps.

He is certainly convinced there will be a mine of the GLB/Flag property,
and still figures it is pretty slim that it will be Flag as we know it
that will operate any mining efforts. I wish I had read your note before
I had lunch as I was sort of under the impression (although he didn't say
that) that Inco and Flag were working under some mutual agreement.

He did say that he had no clue as to whether Inco had some exclusive
agreement, although he put it this way - "we have a full blown, world
class extraction operation just around the corner. It only makes
sense for us to just drive on and extract whatever is here.

We talked about the overall IP survey which he hasn't seen, but has
talked to people that have. His comments were that 70,000 acres was
a big chunk of land to try and cover with a full blow drilling program,
and that the IP survey would likely greatly help shorten the search,
although he figured that Flag might never drill (on their own) on
any of the IP survey, as he figures they have a spot right now to
call it a "mine", bring in a partner or interest someone enough to
buy them out.

What he has heard (again strictly rumor) is that following the current
rounds of assay results, if things look good that Inco will step up
to the plate and buy Golden Briar and Flags interest with a stock
take over if a structured agreement on a profit sharing doesn't work
out. And I wish Diego had come up to Sudbury because he would have
died when I walked into the Tim Horton's around 9am. I sat down and
the table of 5 guys beside me were sitting there shooting the breeze and
it was a buzz about this mining company that has struck it big. After about
10 minutes I could resist.. I said, hey guys so let me in on the secret
who is the company ? The answer.. Flag Resources !! I will be heading
up there again next Saturday morning - flying out of Kitchener Airport if
you want to come Diego !!

I did fly over the property, but to be honest.. I didn't spot anything
beyond one drilling rig on Flag/Glb's property and nothing on PFN or another groups property. But then I
didn't have proper GPS coordinates and was
sort of just flying over the general area.

So it looks like Diego is holding, which is a little disappointing. I really
thought he would take me up on my offer to buy him out. Oh well.

So Mickey369, I had a great day up in Sudbury and just got home about 30 minutes
ago and thought I would report in. My gut feeling is that it is about to
get crazy up there and when the assay results break look out baby !!

Oh so are you going to call Murdo Monday morning and try him on with
the data from my much earlier note ?

ttfn
