Yes, we are really lucky. We were eating last night at Subway and my son got a staple in his sandwich- but luckily he spit it out. I told the manager of course- and my kids were very upset. BUt you know that has NEVER happened to me before. And so over the rest of our subway sandwiches we discussed how RARELY such things happen and how grateful we should be that finding something like that in your food is a big surprise. And of course we also discussed how nice it was that my son didn't EAT the staple. Glass half full.
