OPEC knows the inflation in Western is getting higher and higher. To maintain their life style, they have to raise the oil price. They are not nuts. They are now playing a political game. I expect them to say raising the production, but do nothing under the table.

who knows.. maybe they don't have to not cut production.. perhaps the damage already done is enough and we are simply waiting on this qtr's hedges to expire to open the floor to the downside....
