Mike. Does the litigation stop deployment of WCDMA or will deployment continue and royalties be settled after the fact. I keep getting conflicting answers. Does the litigation need to be settled prior to WCDMA rollout???? If the litigation would hold up deployment the same could be said for CDMA 2000 where IDC or NOK could have a B.S IPR claim to hold up CDMA 2000. I dont see how we can have it both ways
