Don, In fact the Rambus management went out of their way to say they think it is a big plus short term but in the End Rambus will be the Standard. Of course management said that, but the fact is that investors were thrilled to hear that the company is not dependent on the success of DRDRAM. Imagine a different scenario. Suppose the ITC judge had of thrown the case out. My puts would have skyrocketed, and the calls would have expired worthless. In other words, the fortunes of Rambus are tied to SDRAM and DDR, much more than DRDRAM. At least for the near term future. Scumbria
