Peter: William and I don't talk much these days. He started a tread on the "new economy". He wanted to be able to control who could post. I think it was a poor idea and prefer the open but usually pretty cordial atmosphere on the AMZN thread. I think a lot can be learned from honest, healthy, and sometimes spirited disagreements. I don't like to see conversations degenerate -- I understand that. But I do not understand having a conversation in which you can gag people when they don't agree with you. This thread has survived a lot of changes, but has some continuity. It is neither all bull nor all bear. I hope it survives.
