Do you think they can collect royalties, even if the courts say no?<< Why do you seem baffled? Because they hold the patents does not mean that it's cast in concrete that they automatically win. Hitachi will present their side as well. Then a decision will be made. However there is a lot that can happen between now and then. I think they will make a settlement with Rambus. I think they too will see that they really don't have a chance.
