Dave, IMO, it will be dilutional but profitable. ORB doesn't have the money to capitalize on a huge and growing market and without the money, others will penetrate. It is no different from any company with an idea needing money to exploit the idea.

Also-- I read the latest Merrill Lynch report on the industry and they are luke-warm about the intermediate and NT ORB prospects. However, they stated that the stocks have significant LT potential. ML lost confidence after the several accounting debacles. Remember the huge backlog, which. I believe, is now near 5 billion.

Correct me if I'm wrong.
