jim.. i agree.. digg just hasnt shown any ablity to get naything done. sure its easy for any promoter to walk away with a maybe.. and a what if etc.. but what is needed is a proven tack record in actualy makeing real companies profitable.. a person who has actualy done it.. not run some promotion and spent lots of money.. you often here these guys say how much they raised etc.. but nothing of the growth in sales and profitability etc.. i never see this brians smiths name on any press release.. what is his official status withthe company if any.. on rb someone was talking about the spin offs.. lol .. i guess that might be good.. but i would like to see how profiable they all are.. heck i have tons of great ideas that arnt profiable.. i guess i should spin them of eh..lol i have recently recieved the paper work from nasdaq re a mainboard filling.. heck its complicated and tough.. but all it needs is disclosure and the ability to have a value placed on what you do , by someone who they will believe.. and to fill in forms.. time consuming ..yes.. impossible ..no.. i cant wait till the new exchanges are running without mm and we can go direct from computer to computer.. the entire european money system is working just fine without mm.. i think they should canthe trips to china and get there inhouse paper work done first.. get a new promoter .. cancel the stock of all the dead weight that have taken them down.. im sure these folks wanted to make money.. but if they dont produce results then they should get no reward..imo tim
