It's Called Racketeering .Happens All the Time.

Not only that,the OPEC members don?t want to change their position,as they blame the current high price on speculation,not a lack of available oil.

Question is?.will your Govt. step in and wring out the excesses and hoarding and cool the speculation like they did in the stock market?
