Rarebird, Respect is a two way street. I have a lot of respect for many folks out here. What I don't have respect for is someone relying on someone else's biased analysis and relentlessly posting it to me. For me, it is the equivalent of spamming. You liked your gold eagle articles so much that you would post them to me and not provide any of your personal comment. THAT IS NOT DIALOGUE!! That is spam, clear and simple. And it got to the point that you were posting most of this stuff to me exclusively, as I recall. If you are going to post to me, show ME some respect and state the argument in your own words, using a link to the article as documentary support. Now why I can have an exchange with almost everyone else out here except you, eludes me (of course, DAK is currenly on my ignore list since he seemingly likes to argue for the sake of arguing). But dialogue requires two people exchanging views with each other, supported by some measure of logic or documented evidence. This is the way that I have treated most individuals on this thread, even if I disagree with them. I certainly don't go out and draw articles and essays from some biased anti-gold website and spam my debating opponent with endless quantities of it. So don't spam me with your gold conspiracy crap, except if is something so ridiculous that it will give me a good laugh... :0) That's how I remember our argument last summer Rarebird. I remember that it was YOU, not I, who had their ideas locked in and rigidly formed. You were predicting disaster around the very corner due to Y2K, as I recall and a gold surge (not just the spikes we saw). Neither of which happened.
