Err..I heard of them...heh heh heh.

Real estate?Wouldn't touch it.Baby boomer theory again.

Oil stocks?Wouldn't touch em.Oil will go down soon.

Gold?Wouldn't touch it for at least another year,except for trading paper on the blips?If the miners themselves don't have confidence,why should I?

Long Bond?Why not!Decent return and safe..but no fun.

You got that right.But the On-Line brokers are signing up more and more people all the time.They get an account so they can invest in the market mostly--and they do--and will again in larger and larger numbers as things progress and much of the current uncertainty is alleviated.

NASDAQ expanding Globally and Internet access to information and markets will bring in investors who may never have bothered before,locally and Globally.

This doesn't guarantee an upward direction,just a larger pool of participants...but these are longer term parameters I feel we should all be aware of.
