Penny stock technical analysis still has overbought and oversold conditions.

Recent report on Raging Bull SVCDQ by Robert Prevost showed a final phase of his efforts. He sold and many other investors sold. The ones who are left are those who had pay way too high and 6 pennies/share is not worth while to be bothered with against trading commission. Slight oversold now may be profitable for any new investors soon.

In the beginning of delisting by NYSE, this stock was very risky. The reward of course could be very large. Some people did sell for at least a three bagger, (three times their investment). Management then plotted a coup between Mr. E and Cusano to profit the management for the turn around(new stocks for the management). The rest is now history. Mr. E. was fired. Mr. Cusano is under the pressure of chapter 7 liquidation if cash flow fails to pay for the new merchandise, which we can all examine at the stores.

However, SVCDQ still has a chance to reorganize out of chapter 11 with the present stockholders. Traffic improves sufficiently with better turn over; who knows what luck will bring when X'mas comes. We are working to keep them at least open until X'mas.

Should we add more holdings? How much control do we have in management decisions? It is going to be interesting?
