greenskeeper...(off of RB)......

PNL has to spend money, ie marketing, to generate the
traffic. All those trips to Indonesia and Israel
generated a whopping $51,000 dollars net revenues
excluding the revenue neutral "barter" line item
balanced out as an expense.

I made more in EARNINGS in the first q.

Now the BIG questions is will all this travel, networking,
and relationship building position PNL
as a pre-eminent import/export portal as the internet develops.

Maybe, may be not.

or

Will others within certain industries generated
their own sites for exchange within their own
commodities and/or products like what happened
w. GM plus other automakers and their suppliers.

Already happening

or

Both

Enough room for both b-models, but a lot
of small companies supply larger ones....

======================

PNL doesn't need a company to exactly duplicate
PNL's goods and services to lose anticipated market share.
Within any industrial sector PNL is at risk.

Seems as if PNL is shifting a lot of focus
to PNL-TV. But generating content can be as
expensive as selling it, especially when you
can't get people to pay top dollar for
advertising that isn't seen by enough eyeballs.

About the last thing I want to do
is log on and see an infomercial especially about
a business hawking its own services or goods.

Give me third party, somewhat "objective" coverage,
no self-produced and self promotions

Anyway, enough pontificating, I'll leave the
pontificating to txlench or whatever his name is.

Sounds like PNL is selling preferred shares...
if the prices I saw posted about the PP were right.

Thus I'd be a little more leery about dilution, if I were
you, because such shares usually can be converted into
multiples of common shares.

Moreover, I'd be concerned because resorting to
carry-me-over-until-to type of PP's at this stage
of the game, may indicate that attempts to obtain
IB or VC financial capital aren't going so good.

Anyway, was an 8-K filed explaining the offering?
