Oh, I really doubt that. Especially since homes should be slightly more affordable now. Actually I don't know if there really has been a tech wreck. Even in SV. My bank stocks went down 20% in 3 days. And they have earnings and dividends. Meanwhile AMZN is standing solid as a rock. I'm still waiting for the new economy wreck, but Glenn tells me it won't happen.

Sarmad, not trying to be unsympathetic here but most street people chose to be homeless.
The last time I checked there are still more jobs available than there are people applying.
Everywhere I go I see a 'Help wanted sign'.

You are correct. I ran an advertisement in the help wanted in Erie last week and I offer benefits etc. I received one application??

People do not want to work these days as they did 20 to 30 years ago.
