Auric, maybe NETCURRENTS would be interested in expanding overseas. They could become a client of Momentum just like Chequemate did. According to Ziasuns filings they held a huge position in Chequemate stock. Maybe Ziasun could open one of those virtual 3D offices up for NetCurrents just like they did for Chequemate? NETCURRENTS could LATCH ON TO WEB TRENDS. BTW, has anyone ever checked to see if Chequemate had a lease for this office in their SEC filings? sites.netscape.net

No I am not comparing ZSUN to a Swiss Bank: we all know they have plenty of that. This is what I am talking about: + ZSUN clearly states in its investor's brochure that it thinks of spinning some of its Internet Divisions, IPO style, in future. An why not? It can cheaply, since all the programming is done in Manila re-create new Web sites along similar and improved lines after cashing in a division. On the other hand, ZSUN can also keep for itself a majority of shares in the new Company. Say it spins off Swiftrade, for example: 10 Millions shares at $10.00 each and retain 60% of the shares, it instantly receives a cool $40 Millions in cash. One can do a lot of good work in Asia with that sort of money! + Investments in USA: Bevex. ZSUN has retained the exclusive distribution rights for this very ingenious bottling equipment that soon will be big Business in the USA, as I believe it should be released in the next few months. This alone could be worth anywhere between $10 and $50 Millions in the next couple years! So, you shouldn't be too surprised when ZSUN's Market Cap passes the Billion Dollars, sometime in the next two years... Regards, F.
