when i follow your clickstream, and i get to the very last window and make the 'shutdown' selection, no info appears. in fact, no further info appears when selecting any of the four choices in that window. hmmmm

This would seem to indicate an internal problem with your computer, since "Help" is a "built in" program.

Is it possible you deleted your help files while attempting to regain some hard drive space?

I did that once on another machine when my drive got full.

Just a thought.
